Due to popular demand, and the sheer amount of solo and acoustic artists who apply for the Wedgewood Rooms Unsigned Band Showcase each year, we've started a series of shows especially for local acoustic acts.

Sponsored by MUSIC ROOM, the annual acoustic showcase is taking place in the Edge of the Wedge from the 15th of May through June and July, with the final  held in the main venue around August.

First prize in 2012 is a gorgeous Tanglewood guitar courtesy of Music Room and a day recording at The Suite studio, with £100 and £50 Music Room vouchers for second and third place. There are also small gifts and discounts for winners of individual heats.

As always, we pride ourselves on being fair and professional with all bands we work with, and all artists are paid.
