Box Office Details

The Box Office is open to personal callers from 3.30pm until 7.00pm (10.00pm on a show day) Monday - Friday, and 12noon - 6.00pm on Saturdays.

 

Telephone calls and orders are taken from
12noon - 7.00pm Monday to Friday
and 12noon - 6.00pm on Saturdays.

 

You can order online through our 24 hour secure server or by sending a Cheque or Postal Order (Payable to: The Wedgewood Rooms) to:

Please state what tickets you require and enclose an SAE if the show is more than SEVEN working days away.

Please Note: If you purchased tickets from an external outlet you will need to confirm any booking information with your vendor (ie the people you actually purchased the tickets from).

Online Orders

All tickets purchased on this site are governed by our Terms & Conditions.

 

In particular, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that all tickets are for personal use only and cannot be resold under any circumstances.

 

Resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation.

 

The Wedgewood Rooms and its affiliates, successors, or assigns may enforce these terms in accordance with the provisions of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 (the Act).

 

  • General
    We regret that we must reserve the right to alter or vary a show due to events or circumstances beyond our control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

    Please check your tickets carefully on receipt as mistakes cannot always be rectified. 

    We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged, reissued, replaced or refunded after purchase, except in the case of a cancelled or postponed show. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

    Tickets must not be sold or resold without the express permission of the venue. 

    We reserve the right to refuse admission. 

    All tickets are subject to availability. 

    Confirmation of receipt of your order by email does not guarantee the ticket sale. 

     
  • How to Order
    To make a purchase, enter the number of tickets required for each show and press the order button. You will then be asked to complete the details that we need to complete your order. Once you reach the PayPal payment page only click the "Confirm Order" link once. If you are unsure if your payment has been successful please check your PayPal account or emails before resubmitting your order.

    Alternatively, if you do not wish to order online, make a note of your order and telephone us on 023 9286 3911. An additional charge is made for telephone orders.

     
  • Prices and Payment
    All prices on the wedgewood-rooms.co.uk website are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT. 

    A processing fee of £1.50 will be added to each online order. 

    Payment can be made by the following Credit/Debit cards - Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard, JCB, Switch/Maestro and Solo. 

    Concessionary prices are not available via online ticket ordering, please visit the Box Office with evidence of your eligibility. In the case of Student concessions this is a valid NUS card.

     
  • Delivery/Collection
    Tickets purchased more than five days in advance of the show will be posted to you. There is no additional charge. Tickets purchased within five days of the show will be available for collection on the evening of the show, after the doors open. Please bring proof of purchase with you - you do not have to bring the debit/credit card with you. 

    Tickets purchased through a third party vendor (ie ticket agency) will only be available for collection on the evening of the show, after the doors open. The Box Office does not hold information on these bookings prior to the event. 

    Unfortunately we do not dispatch tickets outside of the UK, but will happily hold them for collection on the night of the event. 

    There may be a slight delay in the dispatch of tickets for recently confirmed shows. Please allow 28 days for delivery.  Dispatch information for certain sold out shows may vary - please check the information posted on the 'Buy Tickets' module on the individual page for the event.
